Jamila1

Jamila is an educator, entrepreneur, mentor, and native of Cartersville, GA. She holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree, in Marketing, from Georgia State University.

Jamila founded NWG Scholars Program in 2013, her first nonprofit charity, so that more families could be afforded the “option” of private schooling for their children. She has founded, and invested in, several other companies in the Atlanta Metro area throughout the last fourteen years of her professional journey. In the field of education, Jamila is a fourth generation teacher and has helped to develop and implement marketing enrichment programs for schools located throughout the state of Georgia. She is grounded in the belief that learning should not be confined in the walls of the school but should instead encompass all disciplines, therefore preparing students to become productive global citizens.

Jamila and her husband have three children, and they are looking forward to helping other families with their future private school choice.
