NWG Scholars Program was founded in 2013 in an effort to give every child in the state of Georgia in grades K-12 the chance to spread their wings and soar.

The mission of NWG Scholars Program is to allow exceptional educational access to all students in the state of Georgia.

The Georgia Department of Education  states that the Georgia Private School Tax Credit law (HB 1133) allows eligible private citizens and corporations to receive tax credits for donations to Student Scholarship Organizations (SSOs).  SSOs will provide student scholarships to parents of eligible children who plan to attend private schools.

DISCLAIMER: By Georgia law, the taxpayer and NWG Scholars will both receive a copy of the taxpayer’s Approval Letter from the GA-DOR. Please remember to keep a copy for your records.
